About Me: 3rd deg Black Belt Kickboxing 1st Deg Black Sash Kung Fu Self Defence Instructor RVQ Level 2 Coach National WKA Referee International WKA Referee 1st Aid Certificate Disclosure Scotland 5 times Scottish Champion in continuous and points kickboxing and is the current vetran's mens +85kg points Champion. and has competed both nationaly and internationaly he is a current member of the WKA Scotland Team, and also coaches Team Raptors semi contact team.

Experience: training for over 25 years, started training in shotokan karate for 5 years then mover on to lau gar kung fu trained for 17 years also kickboxing for 15 years i have been teach kickboxing classes for the last 10 years
