About Me: 42, weak and trying to toughen up. Did 5 yrs of Uk Lau Gar then found a Chow Gar SPM class in my town. also trained in Hung Gar (Lai Ng Sam lineage).Recently started Muay Thai for fitness and sparring practice. I'm also into dit da (fall & hit) medicine (aka chinese sports medicine) and am always looking to improve my knowledge in that field.
