Martial Arts Styles:

About Me: I have practiced martial arts for over 15 years, with a background in Karate, Jujutsu, Taekwondo and various other styles (although the three named styles are the methods I achieved Dan grades in). Since 2004 I have stopped practicing all the other styles I have learned and now focus on Taijiquan.

Experience: Karate-Do = 10 years Jujutsu = 4 years Taekwondo = 3 years Brief training in: Boxing, Wing Chun, 7 Star Mantis Kungfu, Choi Kwang Do, Baguazhang
