Martial Arts Styles: Goju Ryu Karate

About Me: I'm 50 years old, and married with 2 children. I just like training, karate , weight training and general fitness training, to make me a better martial artist. Outside of Karate my interests are '60's soul music and writing, I've been lucky enough to have several articles published.

Experience: Started Karate (Shotokan)in 1973, in 1979 I became a student of Tony Christian (Goju Ryu). Over the years I have also studied several styles of Kung Fu, along with J.K.D., Kick boxing and weapons/Kobudo. I currently hold the grades of 5th dan Goju Ryu Karatedo and 3rd dan in Kobudo.
