About Me

Trained in Karate from about 1994 to 2004, Also trained in Taekwondo from 2002 - 2004, Also trained Japanese Jujutsu from 2002 - 2004, Began training Yang style Tai Chi in 2004, which has since become my primary focus of training. Trained in Cheng style Baguazhang for a short time in 2009, but unable to continue due to distance.
