Zen Do Ka Karate and Kickboxing Singapore

Zen Do Ka Freestyle Karate and Kickboxing is a Mixed Martial Art that has its roots in traditional Japanese Karate. It is heavily influenced by Muay Thai kickboxing and also incorporates techniques from Kung Fu, Aikido, Judo, Taekwondo and other forms of martial arts. Zen Do Ka Kickboxing is unique among Muay Thai Schools as it is heavily influenced in its approach and teaching methods by Zen Do Ka Freestyle Karate. As in Karate class, students line up and are instructed on techniques and combinations before hitting the bag.
