Whether you are seeking to learn an effective Self Defence system or wanting to improve your Confidence, General Health and Fitness. Shaolin Ancestors is an Soft Internal style of Kung Fu that adopts a Body & Mind approach that becomes a harmonious way of life. No high kicks or acrobatics, just great Kung Fu.
