Pak Sau with your left hand & at the same time using a right hacking elbow to
the opponents fist , the right hand is then used to lap the punching hand &
deliver a left bil jee to the eye , the bil jee hand then changes to Pak Sau
& the right hand changes to a bil jee to the throat.
