Major Postures of the Single Palm Change

The first position is held whilst walking the circle, known as the 'Push
Palm' posture. The second position is known as the 'Reading the Palm'
posture. The third position is the 'Ride the Tiger' posture. The forth
position is the 'Palm Under Elbow' Posture The fifth position is the return
to the 'Push Palm' posture, ready to walk the circle back in the opposite
direction. Please note: These pictures are about 2 years old. Bagua is by no
means my primary practice, and I do not claim to have any real skill in this
art.
