The way of the warrior

A very good book taken from a BBC documentary in the 1980's. Covers many arts but has an interesting interview with Morio Higaonna, as well as some cover on less well known indian arts.

A very informative book,
A very informative book, especially when it comes to the less well known arts.
The section on what is know a well known sport "Muay Thai" is probably about 3 pages long. Clearly it was only just emerging in the 1980s.
