My secrets out
I have to admit I have had this book for about five years since my initial trip to china. I always thought of it as my little secret book but I'm glad others have discovered its worth.
I know I should have shared but somethings are just to good . :-)
For all Martial Artists
This book is fantastic for all Martial Artists. I've used some of the stuff in my own training and found it useful, allowing me to get back at it faster.
Dit Da
A good introduction to the world of "fall & hit" or "dit da" (aka chinese sports) medicine. A recommended title for ALL martial artists as this book is written so that you can keep on training even when injuries occur. It give details on how to make poultices, pills and liniments & lotions that will enable you to heal quickly and start training again. It also includes information on cupping, tui na massage and recommended treatments for various common sports injuries. The author also includes chi gung exercises as well. A book all martial artists will find of benefit.
