As you all may know, there's been criticism of Taekwondo recently saying, unfairly I think, that Taekwondo is "only" a sport so I thought I'd post up a bit about a friend of mine who fights UFC. Her striking art, and very effective it is too, is Taekwondo she is a feared striker! I know not everyone likes UFC but thought you'd still appreciate a fellow practitioner.
