    Default Board breaking

    I love it, board breaking is awesome. What is your favourite body part you use for board breaking? Elbow/hand/foot etc?

    Anyone got any amazing breaks that they want to share? eg some patio blocks?!!

    I couldnt give you personal opinions on own board breaking but...

    yeah I heard about this but never actually seen it done successfully, wouldn't like to try it myself though. Looks like it could turn out nasty if you don't know what your doing fully.

    Looking forward to seeing that. I saw someone try to do this once too in a cafeteria in Shenzhen, he clearly did not know what he was doing and made an embarressment of himself.

    Only ever broke wooden boards and always used a jumping back turning kick.
