    Default Grading in this style?

Can anyone help me out as to grading in this style? How does it work, is there anywhere I can find the syllabus?

Does anyone have any links or video's to the patterns in Lau Gar?

Is there one for white sash even?

    hi jreg.

Have a look at Lau Gar Guardian Keith Thomas's site. he sells the BKFA Lau GAr syllabus dvds as well as dit dar jow (ready made and herb kits so u can brew your own).

Keith Thomas - Lau Gar Kung Fu, Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Qi Gong, Tai Chi

BTW this is a really good jow and recommend making your own if you are seroius about your kung fu.

    Dit Da Jow Herbs Picture

works a treat. Recommend either soak the herbs in vodka or brandy.
