there is an eyebrow staff and throat locking staff that is taught in the lau gar system
The word kuen means fist ie lau gar kuen (Lau Family fist) i am not to sure whet you mean there

There's not much UK Lau Gar on youtube and what there is of it isn't brilliant but as the Uk Lau Gar governing body the BKFA have not put much of it on the net then the not so good stuff is all that we have available.
