    Default Benefit of Kung Fu to the body:

    The style uses in the Kung fu, in that the whole body with movements involving a variety of high kicks, low kicks, punches, spins, jumps, elbow strike, knee attack as well as open palm techniques. This style can be a great self-defense and workout, all in one. It is basically, considered a some sort of soft art that focuses more on health, healing and control, than being an empty-hand combat.
