i studied lau gar with the British Kung Fu Association, attained my 1st deg black sash, but my main interest was competing and that drew me to kickboxing, in my classes now i teach a kickboxing syllabus geared towards the sport martial arts arena
i also trained for several years in shotokan karate, i didn't achieve a dan grade in Karate
