Hi Dale, it's great to have a Baguazhang instructor here on the forums, as well as Iron Palm and Vest. I heard Iron Vest requires a high level of training.

    Welcome.

Hi pleased to have another Internal martial Artist on the site. I practice Tai Chi Nei Kung which is our version of Iron Shirt/Nei kung. I posted a video showing a demonstration of this which I did about ten years ago. I have demonstrated it a few times over the years and I often test it to see how I have developed/improved. How do you demonstrate or test the iron vest?

Good to have another Bagua artist on the boards

I've only done a little Cheng style myself - what style do you practice?

I practice and teach Jiulong Baguazhang.

I demonstrate Iron Body by having people hit me all over and show that I cannot be injured easily.
