Exclamation Training System

Hello fellows,

I'll get right to the point: I am creating a combat system. For now, it is to keep up my training; I am in a third world country (temporarily), and there are very few martial arts schools. Now, although it may grow to be an actual style, I'd like to keep its humble roots until its quality is worth that title.

My question is a confliction of concepts. These are all of them: fluidity (the concept of evading blows without having to take them; either defensively dodging or offensively counter-striking), explosion (the concept of attacking in short powerful bursts; utilizing the strengths and limitations of the fast twitch mucle fibers, conserving energy, and giving opportunity to study the opponent. also, it less endangers the martial artist.), gravity (the concept of using gravity, both of the martial artist and the opponent, to generate the most force or cause the most damage), Rigidty/Resistance (the concept of conditioning the body to resist blows and deliver more devastating ones), Misdirection (leading the attention of the opponent to one area then striking at another), and Seperation (the methods of seperating the body, directing the limbs to different targets; purpose: to overwhelm the opponent). Now I have trained for quite a while with these principles, but they seem to, well, clutter frequently. There are too many contradicting each other. For example, resitance/rigidty contradicts fluidity. So, my idea is to simply use that easier to more people: a more direct, fluid concept, similar to JKD. And the others could be branches of the art, but that is for another thread.

Thoughts?

p.s. I know it may be a somewhat trollish thread, forgive the lack of knolweadge!

I think your ambition is great and I do not want to take that away from you, but starting your own style?

I think anyone who wants to create their own system should have a massive experience in martial arts. You said in your other post that you are 13, I think this is way too young to be thinking about creating your own system.

May I ask what do you hope to achieve by creating a new system?
