Choy Li Fut is quite a rare martial art, but given its authentic history in China I love this style, check out this video (ignore the useless music) for some good application demonstrations...
I think it's a great traditional martial art for those interested in authentic chinese styles. |

Think I would agree with clouddragon here too. Choy Li Fut at times is very practical and probably even more so than the likes of martial arts such as Tae kwon do.
You have to remember Katy that a lot of chinese martial arts were built upon the very situatino of self defense. A lot of CMA were actually founded by people needing to defend themselves. |
