Has any member here got any info regarding this style? I study other forms of Kung Fu and have only recently heard about this style.

Bak Mei (Pak Mei, Pai Mei etc) is from southern china and is of Hakka Origin.

It means "White Eyebrow" and was supposedly founded by an ex shaolin monk called Bak mei.

Cheung Lai Cheung was the 4th generation matser of this system I believe (I may be wrong) who taught this system in Canton.
The system has spread round the world with schools in the UK, USA, HK, China, Vietnam and Australia to name a few.
It is linked with Dragon Sign (Loong Ying) and Naam Pai Tong Long (Southern Praying Mantis) since they all use the phoenix eye fist, float, sink, swallow and spit methods and were all prominent styles in Wai Yearn province in china & their masters all knew one another.

Lau Soei (Chow Gar), Cheung Lai Cheung (Bak Mei) and Lum Yu Gwai Loong Ying) were known as the "Three Tigers of Wai Yearn" due to their expertise in their specific systems.
Some Bak Mei forms are Jik Bo (forward step), Gau Bo Tau (9 step push), Man fu choot Lam (tiger comes from the forest) and Sup jee (Crucufix form).

Thats all I know I'm afraid.

There should be some clips on youtube.

    Mike
