    Thank you for this post, it will be very valuable Baji Quan students. I will try to also get these particular videos onto the Baji Quan styles page too under instructional videos, 'learn the forms'.

    Hya James! My misses is working tonight but i will show her these forms tomorow, i think she will like! P.S. I have an 'overdrive' icon above the yinyan symbal, 'scuse my ignorance but what is it for-what does it denote? D.D

    I believe the 'overdrive' icon is an award for high-frequency posting.
