That's some skill you have there. I wouldn't be brave enough that's for sure. Plus that first jump looked pretty scary. I thought his foot almost missed target!

Yes you are very observant, Alec wasn't wearing his glasses for the demonstration and did indeed miss target and I was left black and blue in a delicate place. Saying that the iron shirt part of Nei Kung training served it's purpose very well. This demo is quite old now, I did another last year that I haven't used as a public video yet, which involves kicks to the kidneys etc.......
