Seen these vids before. very good. you can't beat that type of conditioning.
some of the guys I did Lau Gar with a few years ago trained in Steelwire. They found the training a bit too much. They had good things to say about Sifu Clements.

i know a few guys from Lau Gar and one of the guardians lives within the county. The training can be intense. There is a video I uploaded on here of sifu Clements doing a demonstration at new year. He is an inspirational figure and a good guy
