How on earth is he able to take that kick? I suppose nobody knows whether he has some padding or not.

Hi.
No padding at all.
It's training called "Sun Sook Gung" (lifting up the testes) that requires lots of concentrated training to lift the sac uo into the lower abdomen or there abouts anyway. Not all Chow Gar practitioners bother with this part of the system for some reason.

Yes, that is it, that's exactly where I saw it. I've watched quite a few of their episodes actually. They have lots of episodes posted on YouTube. Thanks for reminding me of that show!

He did one called "Kick Ass Miracles" I think. And a US only one called "Crudelli On Crime".
MBKAM was ok actually but to be honest I think it showed the more hokey side of martial arts rather than the actual serious art behind the systems. apparently the demographic for a more serious program was not large enough. I did get it on dvd for £2.99 though

Yep I saw the kick ass miracles one but it wasn't any where near as good! Didn't know about the Crudelli On Crime, do you know if that is available on a dvd?

always loved this video........i liked the presenters style..."what did your dad just tell you". In the other video mentioned I think crudelli actually feels the area, so definitely no padding used.
The bit at the end reminds me of the story Dan Docherty tells of meeting his teacher for the first time. Looking for an instructor he is advised to meet a renowned master of Tai chi and visits him at his home. Knocking on the door a small rotund chinese man opens the door whilst chain smoking a cigarette...fantastic

Master Cheng was ill in hospital for a long time and he said to Dan "If I had known Tai Chi was good for your health I would have practised far more" lol what a character he was. I have seen pictures of him teaching a large class whilst walking around smoking ha ha.
