Master Joseph Cheng. In 1977 Master Joseph Cheng had his book published by Paul.H.Compton. The book was called CHONG WOO KWAN - WING CHUN - The Art of Simultanious Defence & Attack. Master Cheng formed the CHONG(Loyal To) WOO (Martial arts) Kwan (Association) in 1970 he was one of the first to open his doors to Non-Chinese to teach the then little known art of Wing Chun.

Many well known martial artists of the time contacted him to learn some knowledge of this new art. I can't recommend this book enough for anybody interested in the art of Wing Chun the book is full of pictures of Master Cheng Showing his art. There is also pictures of Master Cheng Demonstrating the Wooden Man Form. This book can still be found on Amazon .
